The boardwalk!

I just went to Ocean City, MD for Aaron’s birthday, and it was lovely! Here are a few pics of it to get in the mood for spring and summer

And since it was about a 2.5-3 hour drive I got plenty of knitting done! My friend is getting married in April so I’m trying to complete a blanket for her, so I worked on that and got a bit done.

I’m also thinking about making the Whisper Cardigan to wear to her wedding, I got some Lacey Lamb in white to use- not sure if I can actually get it done or if it will fit- the measurements are small so Aly may be getting it if it doesn’t work out. At first I wasn’t sure about it, but I think it would look nice over a tank top or a sundress so I’m going to give it a try and see if I can get it to work for me

Organizing

I’ve been thinking that I need to organize all of my yarn- and there is a scary amout of it I need to knit faster. So here you see my pile of yarn to organize.

I did manage to get it all put away neatly in a more organized fashion, but I didn’t take any after pictures though. I divided it by all yarn that has sweater quantities goes in one bin, actual projects planned for it goes in another and random yarn goes in other ones.

Now that I have an awesome blog courtesy of Aaron to write about my knitting in, I’ll have to start organizing and finishing some projects. I’m sure I’ll occasionally write about books or my travels (when I get to go on them) but I’m going to mainly write about my knitting. Hopefully I’ll post soon with pictures of actual knitting!
